Mr. Roland Dennert is a Managing Partner at Cipio Partners, a leading secondary direct investment firm with approximately €300m assets under management and a focus on growth stage technology deals. At Cipio Partners Roland manages investments in both Europe and Israel.  He has led several portfolio acquisitions and completed numerous exits for the firm.  Mr. Dennert started his career in private equity by joining the 3i Group in 1998. 

 

Earlier, Mr. Dennert was a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Paris and with Roland Berger & Partner in Munich.  Prior to this he was a research engineer with Hitachi Ltd. in Japan.  Mr. Dennert holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, USA, and a Master of Electrical Engineering from ETH Lausanne, Switzerland.
